How we work

Every piece is printed once you order it, so allow two to five business days before it ships. You'll get a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves.

Printing and fulfilment happen inside the EU, so orders shipped within the Union carry no customs charges. Duties outside it are the recipient's responsibility.

If you're in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed — that's your statutory right, and we don't make you argue for it. We extend it to 30 days on unworn pieces with tags attached.

Write to us first and we'll send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty, damaged or simply wrong — then it's ours, and we'll sort a replacement. For a different size, send the first one back and place a new order; it's quicker than swapping in place.

Everything is cut wide on purpose — dropped shoulders, a boxy body. Take your usual size for the drape you see in the lookbook, size down for a cleaner shoulder, or up if you want more length.

Half chest is measured flat across the garment — double it for the full circumference. Allow around 2.5 cm either way; these are washed, garment-dyed pieces and no two finish identically.

Wash cold, inside out, with like colours. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron on the reverse only — never straight onto the print.

The tees are garment-dyed, so they'll keep softening and fading with wear. That's intended, not a fault.
